  • Greenhouse Sales Manager

    Title: Greenhouse Sales Manager

    Location: McAdoo/Remote/Hybrid

    Position Overview:

    We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Greenhouse Sales Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leading our sales efforts, developing strategic sales plans, and driving revenue growth in the greenhouse market segment. The Greenhouse Sales Manager will play a key role in expanding our customer base, cultivating strong relationships with clients, and promoting our products and services.

    Responsibilities:

    · Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company sales targets and objectives in the greenhouse market segment.

    · Identify and prioritize key target markets, customer segments, and geographic regions for sales expansion.

    · Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers, including greenhouse growers, farmers, distributors, and other industry stakeholders.

    · Lead sales efforts through proactive prospecting, lead generation, and follow-up to convert leads into sales opportunities.

    · Conduct product presentations, demonstrations, and technical discussions to showcase the features, benefits, and value proposition of our greenhouse solutions.

    · Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including growers, marketing, and customer support, to ensure alignment of sales activities with company objectives and customer needs.

    · Recruit, hire, train, and mentor a high-performing sales team to support company growth objectives and ensure the achievement of sales targets.

    · Provide ongoing coaching, feedback, and performance evaluations to sales staff to foster professional development and maximize individual and team performance.

    · Prepare and deliver sales proposals, quotes, and contracts in a timely and professional manner.

    · Negotiate terms and conditions of sales agreements, including pricing, delivery schedules, and payment terms, to secure profitable contracts.

    · Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify opportunities for product improvements and business development.

    · Provide regular sales forecasts, reports, and updates to management on sales performance, pipeline development, and market trends.

    Qualifications:

    · Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, agriculture, or related field; advanced degree preferred.

    · Proven track record of success in greenhouse sales or related agricultural sales roles, with a minimum of 3 years of experience.

    · Strong knowledge of greenhouse technologies, horticultural practices, and agricultural industry trends.

    · Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, with the ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical audiences.

    · Demonstrated ability to build and maintain relationships with customers, industry partners, and internal stakeholders.

    · Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.

    · Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) preferred.

    · Willingness to travel frequently to meet with customers, attend industry events, and visit greenhouse facilities as needed.

  • Creative Marketing Representative/Market Analyst

    The Basics

    • Maintain website content.
    • Create and maintain an annual catalog.
    • Improve SEO for online presence.

    • Maintain a photo database.
    • Keep social media for the company current with posts on Facebook and Instagram.
    • Respond to customer inquiries that come in via the web site & social media.
    • Create banners/flyers as needed to optimize brand recognition.
    • Design booths for flower/plant shows.
    • Public relations representative for the company.
    • Create new product combination concepts.
    • Design store displays.
    • Creative development.
    • Sales Analysis.
    • Work with sales on branding (logos, WBENC).
    • Assist sales during busy season.


    We are looking for a creative and innovative person with excellent computer skills, who will develop an imaginative marketing strategy to expand our current customer base while building new customer relationships.

    Seeking a person to do Market research, analyze consumer behavioral data, and create reports on marketing and sales metrics.

    Qualifications

    • Experience with photography and visual design, motion graphics, illustration, art and a strong aesthetic sense.
    • Experience with execution of marketing, communications, and public relations activities.
    • Strong creative, strategic, analytical, and personal sales skills.
    • Demonstrated successful experience writing press releases, making presentations, and negotiating with media.
    • Experience overseeing the design and production of print materials and publications.
    • Computer literacy in word processing, database management, and page layout.
    • Familiarity with the latest trends, technologies, and methodologies in graphic design, web design, production social media, etc.
    • Commitment to working with shared leadership and other members of staff.
    • Strong oral and written communications skills.
    • Ability to manage multiple projects at a time.

  • OTR CDL-A Truck Driver

    Join our team! Drivers are paid by the hour with monthly safety bonuses. Trips are over-the-road and multi-day anywhere in the continental US. We have excellent compensations and benefits. Trucks are newer 2018 Freightliners with automatic transmissions.
